Sherlock Jr (released in a new "ultimate set" by Kino in both 2-Disk DVD and Blu-Ray) is the film where Buster Keaton accidentally broke his neck in a fall during the water-tower sequence, and didn't even know it until a medical exam ten years later revealed the source of his regular headaches and other difficulties during that time. Sherlock Jr is paired with "Three Ages"
