Frances Dee
Frances Dee (Above) Born November 26, 1907, Died March 6, 2004. She lost a key role in Selznick's Gone With The Wind because though director George Cukor wanted her, Selznick decided her physical beauty would over-compete with Vivien Leigh onscreen. Dee is probably best known in this era for her lead role in Val lewton's "I Walked With A Zombie."
